I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from this first day until now. Philippians 5:3-5
Capstone Partnership
Capstone is not about membership. We believe that if you become a regular attender at Capstone, you are a part of our family. There are no hoops to jump through to be a part of our community. We do have an opportunity for partnership for those who are believers to commit to being a part of Capstone's mission and vision. We view partners as the older brothers and sisters of the family, who have a greater responsibility. Those who are partners are expected to live out their commitment not only to Christ but to His bride, the local church:
Committed to God
There's a commitment to God. You're affirming that you are indeed a Christian who is desiring to follow Jesus, and you've gone through believer's baptism to publicly show your allegiance to Him.
Committed to the Mission & Vision
You're committed to the mission and vision of Capstone Church. You know our mission statement and you are partnering with Capstone to make that a mission a reality.
Committed to growing your Faith
You are committed to growing in your faith. No matter how long you've been a Christ Follower, there are still steps you can take to become more like Christ.
As a partner, you will commit to growing as a disciple outlined through the seven disciplines in the S.T.O.N.E.R.S acronym. Every quarter we offer our Capstone Partnership class called Capstone Discovery. This is a 2 hour class that goes over our mission, vision, discipleship process, theology, leadership, structure and so much more.
